We work with not-for-profit boards to develop models of authentic governance, from recruitment of new board members/trustees to assessment of effectiveness. Our focus is on high-performing boards through training and development, with criteria and measures. Examples of recent projects include development of curriculum guides and trainer or trainer programs for a state agency, orientation sessions for both urban and small library boards, strategic planning, community engagement, executive searches, evaluation of the CEO, board assessment and recommendations, and improving annual reports.
Conference presentations are also available.
Introductory guides can be found in the Resources section.
