Gene Burdenuk (Associate)  spent over 25 years as a faculty member at the University of Western Ontario, London, Ontario. As part of his responsibilities he directed a leadership centre whose role was to identify, train and develop leaders for a consortium of public sector groups in Ontario, British Columbia and New Brunswick. He was responsible for establishing the first, and largest, fully accredited educational leadership assessment centre in Canada. He also developed a series of senior management leadership programs for a number of jurisdictions across Canada. His consulting work included management and leadership reviews for public sector organizations.

Gene resides in London, Ontario.
