We were trying to work on a performance appraisal policy for our CEO so this session was very helpful. The session gave a good grounding in the issue. He highlighted some very good points that we can use going forward. I have heard Ken Haycock previously and I do find him very knowledgeable and easy to listen to. Ken Haycock is excellent.
